About the Role
Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to patients via telehealth, collaborate with psychiatric providers to support treatment planning, and maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with patients across Louisiana
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions using clinical interviews
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Follow ethical and confidentiality guidelines in all interactions
- Engage in ongoing quality improvement activities
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
Nice to Have
- Experience in integrated behavioral health settings
- Training in trauma-informed care
- Background in anxiety, depression, and mood disorders
- Experience with multidisciplinary care teams
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
