Responsibilities
- Deliver 100% remote, outpatient therapy
- Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions
- Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals
- Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists through an integrated referral network
- Practice independently with access to clinical leadership for consultation and support
- Adhere to evidence-based standards of care
- Focus on patient care with minimal administrative burden due to full operational support
Requirements
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
- Active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA)
- Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making
- Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment
Nice to Have
- Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings
- Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)

Compensation
$70,000 base with ability to earn up to $20,000 in incentives annually; Therapists with CA license eligible for $90,000+ base and monthly productivity incentive. Tenure-based increases after 2 years
