Provide remote therapy your way—with full support and no hidden demands. We're seeking licensed therapists in Georgia to deliver outpatient mental health care entirely online. As part of a clinician-designed system, you’ll focus on patient care without the distractions of billing, scheduling, or credentialing—those are handled for you.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver 60-minute therapy sessions remotely, including intakes and follow-ups
- Work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and similar conditions
- Maintain a steady caseload with clear clinical goals and predictable structure
- Collaborate directly with in-house psychiatrists for seamless patient referrals
- Practice without responsibility for inpatient care, crisis calls, or intensive outpatient programs
What We Require
- Current, unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
- Active license in at least two states (exemptions for CA, NY, MA)
- Proven ability to manage an outpatient caseload independently
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Experience delivering care in a fast-moving but sustainable setting
Preferred Experience
- Background in outpatient clinics, community mental health, or hospital settings
- Familiarity with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed therapy

Compensation
Base salary of $70,000, with potential to earn up to $20,000 in performance incentives. Therapists holding a California license qualify for a $90,000+ base and additional monthly productivity bonuses. Salary increases are available after two years based on tenure.
