Responsibilities
- 100% remote, outpatient therapy
- Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, others)
- Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups)
- Consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals
- No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities
- In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists
- Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
- Clinical autonomy & flexibility: Independent treatment decision-making
- Input into schedule and weekly availability within operational guidelines
- Clinical approach within evidence-based standards
- Care expectations are shaped by practicing clinicians, reinforcing professional judgment, and shared accountability for quality. You practice independently, with accessible clinical leadership available for consultation and support. Our role is to remove administrative work so you can focus on patient care. This model works best for clinicians who value delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients.
Requirements
- Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
- Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available)
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA)
- Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making
Nice to Have
- Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings
- Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (ex. CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
