Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support to clients using the platform
- Diagnose and resolve software and integration issues efficiently
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and track bugs
- Guide clients through onboarding and integration processes
- Configure and test API connections with third-party systems
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
- Assist in testing new features before release
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Support the rollout of updates and patches
- Work closely with integration partners to ensure compatibility
- Troubleshoot data synchronization problems
- Provide feedback to product teams based on user experience
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards during integrations
- Respond to urgent technical issues within defined SLAs
- Assist in creating integration documentation for clients
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical problems
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve support workflows
- Stay updated on changes to integration protocols and APIs
- Support multilingual clients with technical inquiries
- Verify successful deployment of integration solutions
- Train client teams on technical aspects of the platform
- Identify opportunities to automate support tasks
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements
