Philips seeks a Remote Service Engineer to join our team, providing critical technical support for Ultrasound systems to healthcare customers across the United States. You'll embody our belief that every human matters by ensuring our medical equipment performs reliably, helping to improve patient lives.
What You'll Do
- Act as a primary Philips representative in response to customer technical inquiries.
- Provide telephone and remote technical support to external healthcare customers and field partners.
- Resolve customer service events by leveraging Philips tools and knowledge resources.
- Timely escalate complex product issues for evaluation by higher-level support teams.
- Utilize appropriate remote diagnostic tools to resolve issues and avoid dispatching a Field Service Engineer.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of direct experience with Philips Ultrasound systems.
- Demonstrated ability to solve mechanical and electrical issues.
- An Associate's degree (2-year technical degree).
Nice to Have
- A 4-year technical degree.

- Hourly pay ranges from $37.00 to $70.00 depending on geographic location, plus overtime eligibility and shift differentials.
