Philips is looking for a Remote Service Engineer to support our Image Guided Therapy Systems from a remote-based location in the USA. As a health technology company built around the belief that every human matters, our purpose is to help improve lives by providing access to quality healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Act as a Philips Representative in response to customer inquiries.
- Provide telephone and remote technical support to external customers.
- Resolve customer service events by leveraging Philips tools and resources.
- Timely escalation of customer product issues for evaluation and action by higher level support.
- Utilize appropriate remote tools to resolve issues and avoid dispatching a service call to a Field Service Engineer.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Image Guided Therapy Philips systems.
- Skills in computer networking, technical solutions authoring, and ability to solve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
- Versatility to work with a variety of Philips Products.
Nice to Have
- A 4 year technical degree (preferred over a 2 year associates degree).

- Hourly pay ranges from $37.00 to $70.00 depending on state, plus overtime eligible and 1st/2nd shift pay differential.
