Reflex Robotics is looking for an experienced Software Perception Engineer to join our team. You’ll be joining a company with a solid core business—working hardware, delighted customers, and profitable unit economics.
What You'll Do
- Take a prototype into production, handling challenges like poor lighting conditions and manufacturing variability across a fleet
- Write robust, trusted code that others can depend on for years
What We're Looking For
- Experience solving tough problems that interface with real-world hardware—examples include radar-based proportional navigation to intercept drones or 60Hz visual-inertial odometry for cars
- Ability to understand the entire system you’re working with; the ADCs on a camera and the sensor-fusion firmware on your IMUs are not a “black box” to you
- Proven experience taking a prototype into production
- Pride in writing robust, trusted code

- C++ for production systems
