Agilent Technologies is hiring a Remote Service Engineer to provide post-sales technical support to customers and field personnel globally. You will use remote diagnostic tools to deliver timely problem resolution and hardware, software, and application assistance for Agilent's analytical products, including Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, and Spectroscopy Instrumentation.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot Agilent hardware and software issues.
- Consult on products and applications.
- Create customer support articles and educational content.
- Identify revenue opportunities through customer interactions.
- Collaborate across departments for an optimal customer experience.
- May perform instrument repairs or refurbishments, or accompany Field Service Engineers on site visits.
- Route complex requests to the appropriate teams.
- Deliver prompt, informed first-contact resolutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with logical troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency with online tools, systems, and technologies.
- Willingness to learn and take on challenges.
- No prior work experience is required.
Nice to Have
- Background in Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, or Spectroscopy.
- French language proficiency.
- Post-graduate certification or relevant licensure.
- Experience with analytical instrumentation.

You will be part of the Online Technical Support department.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $28.85 - $45.07 per hour.
- Eligibility for stock equity.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position with locations in Wilmington, DE and Canada.
