EX Squared is looking for a Remote Senior QA Tester to join our team and drive the quality assurance process for our software development lifecycle. You will take ownership of testing strategies and execution to ensure our products meet high standards of reliability and performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and cases for complex software features
- Lead the execution of manual and automated testing cycles, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution
- Analyze test results and provide detailed quality reports and risk assessments to stakeholders
- Champion quality best practices and process improvements within the development team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Proven expertise in creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies
