EX Squared is seeking a Remote QA Lead to take ownership of our quality assurance processes and drive excellence across our products. You will be responsible for defining testing strategies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the QA process and testing lifecycle
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans
- Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define quality standards
- Design and execute test cases for complex software systems
- Analyze test results, report on quality metrics, and drive process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading QA teams and managing testing projects
- Deep expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in the United Arab Emirates.
