EX Squared is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to own and drive critical, high-visibility initiatives from inception to delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for defining program strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
Define program roadmaps, scope, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive alignment and communication across engineering, product, and business teams.
Manage program timelines, dependencies, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
Facilitate decision-making and remove blockers to keep initiatives on track.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of hands-on program or project management experience in a technology environment.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs from start to finish.
Expertise in program management methodologies and tools.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate ambiguity.
