What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the company's operations and project management functions
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize organizational impact
- Drive key initiatives that align with company goals and objectives
- Establish frameworks for measuring and reporting on impact metrics
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior operations or project management leadership role
- Strong background in strategic planning and execution
- Ability to develop and manage impact measurement systems
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in Texas
Work Mode
This is a remote position requiring residency in Texas. You'll collaborate with distributed teams using modern communication and project management tools.
