EX Squared is seeking a Remote Senior Backend Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable systems that form the foundation of our platform.
What You'll Do
- Architect, design, and implement high-performance backend services and APIs
- Lead technical discussions and decisions on system architecture and design patterns
- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems to handle complex business logic
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Diagnose and resolve complex performance, scalability, and reliability issues
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience
- Proven track record of building and scaling distributed systems
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern backend language
- Deep understanding of database design, performance, and optimization
- Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You will work as part of a distributed team with a focus on asynchronous communication and collaboration.
