Brand Boosting GmbH is hiring a Remote Sales Executive (m/w/d) to focus on acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships—no cold calls required. You’ll join a team of 11-50 employees characterized by flat hierarchies and a collegial, open culture.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships – with no cold calls.
- Maintain and follow up with existing customers.
- Identify market potential and develop individual solution offerings for customers.
- Provide competent and sustainable customer care.
What We're Looking For
- German as a native language.
- Basic PC skills.
- High self-organization and motivation.
- Willingness to work alternating early and late shifts within the German time zone.
- A laptop/PC (Windows) and a noise-cancelling headset.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory—training will be provided.

Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly base salary up to 1,500 € plus top-tier commission.
- 100% remote work from a fully equipped home office (desk, chair, strong internet connection).
- 20 vacation days plus all German national holidays.
- Flexible working hours between 08:00 and 20:00 (German time zone).
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You can work from anywhere, but your working hours must align with the German time zone.
