Blue Ocean Media | Digitale Leute is looking for a Remote Sales Executive (m/w/d) to focus on new customer acquisition and growing existing relationships, with no cold calls required. You’ll join a team of 11-50 employees in a flat-hierarchy environment with flexible remote work.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers and care for/expand existing relationships—no cold calls
- Maintain and follow up with existing customers
- Identify market potential and develop individual solution offers
- Provide competent and sustainable customer care
What We're Looking For
- German as a native language
- Basic PC knowledge
- High self-organization and motivation
- Willingness to work shifts (alternating early and late shifts within the German time zone)
- Laptop/PC (Windows) and a noise-cancelling headset
Nice to Have
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory—we will train you
