Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries related to reservations and scheduling
- Coordinate booking arrangements across multiple service types, such as lodging and associated offerings
- Ensure client information and reservation data are correctly recorded and updated in internal databases
- Interact with customers professionally using email, phone, and messaging tools
- Deliver general customer support while adhering to defined procedures
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of booking confirmations and related documents
- Work with internal departments to support a seamless client journey
