As the Quality Assurance & Automation Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of platform releases while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation. You'll collaborate directly with engineering and product teams, ensuring technical precision aligns with real user needs and behaviors.
What You'll Do
- Lead quality assurance initiatives for platform updates and releases
- Identify and implement automation within the deployment pipeline to reduce manual effort and increase reliability
- Act as a liaison between engineering teams and product stakeholders, translating technical details into user-centered outcomes
- Provide regular updates and insights to the CTO on release readiness and risk areas
- Ensure testing strategies reflect both system performance and user experience expectations
