Responsibilities
- Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry care
- Treat lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD
- Serve patient populations across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients
- Conduct standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups
- Avoid inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care, or crisis coverage
- Collaborate with an in-house referral network to therapists
- Utilize full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO)
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
- Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset

Compensation
Total annual on-target earnings of $300k - $350k+, consisting of base salary and monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during initial 6-month onboarding period)
Additional Information
- Full-time and part-time W-2 employment available
- Multi-state licensing support available
- No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage required
- E-Verify participation: will confirm authorization to work in the U.S. after job offer acceptance and Form I-9 completion
