Work as a licensed psychiatrist in a fully remote outpatient setting, providing evidence-based mental health care to patients across Florida. This role emphasizes clinical independence, supported by intuitive technology and a collaborative network of mental health professionals. You'll focus exclusively on telepsychiatry without responsibilities for inpatient care, crisis intervention, or intensive programs.
Clinical Focus
Deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. Manage patients across age groups—including adults, geriatric clients, and children or adolescents if certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry—through structured 60-minute initial visits and 30-minute follow-ups conducted entirely online.
Practice Environment
Operate within a tech-optimized system designed to reduce administrative load and enhance patient engagement. Participate in an integrated model where collaboration with in-house therapists ensures coordinated care. The platform supports efficient documentation and patient management, allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in psychiatry
- Unrestricted medical license in good standing (multi-state licensing assistance provided)
- Commitment to outpatient telepsychiatry
- Proficiency with digital health tools and willingness to adopt new systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to patient care

Compensation
This position offers a base salary with a monthly productivity incentive, guaranteeing total annual earnings between $300,000 and $350,000 or more. Incentives are secured during the first six months to support onboarding and ramp-up.
