Responsibilities
- Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
- Treat lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD)
- Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-up sessions
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Develop treatment plans and provide medication management
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy
- Document care accurately and efficiently using electronic medical records
- Collaborate within an integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists
Requirements
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
- Minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
- Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care
- Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning and medication management
- Psychoeducation and supportive therapy
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model
- Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently
- Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and collaborative, team-based approach
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous clinical development

- No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage
