Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Treat lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD)
• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-up sessions
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Develop treatment plans and provide medication management
• Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy
• Document care accurately and efficiently using electronic medical records
• Collaborate within an integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists

Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care
• Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning and medication management
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and collaborative, team-based approach
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous clinical development
