Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient evaluations using secure telehealth platforms
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient history and needs
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as clinically appropriate
- Prescribe medications following regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
