HP, Inc. is looking for a Remote Monitoring Engineer to focus on diagnosing and addressing hardware and software issues through proactive monitoring and service request management. In this role, you will ensure timely interventions to improve system uptime by leveraging tools like telemetry and diagnostic software.
What You'll Do
- Monitor system health and assess device compliance issues daily.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software configuration problems.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent system failures.
- Perform verification checks for system compatibility and user functionality.
- Collaborate with teams to manage device incidents and escalate unresolved issues.
What We're Looking For
- A four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- An advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
