Sezzle is looking for a Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) to join our mission of revolutionizing access to mental healthcare for students. You will provide high-quality teletherapy services to students aged 11-24 throughout California, collaborating closely with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.
What You'll Do
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions.
- Build trusted relationships with students and their families.
- Provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers.
What We're Looking For
- LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California.
- Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings.
- Strong telehealth skills and a reliable high-speed Internet connection.
- Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: W-2: $55,000–$115,000 annual. 1099: $70–$85 per session plus no-show and late-cancel pay.
