This position involves serving clients remotely by assessing insurance needs, explaining product options, and supporting customers through the policy acquisition process, all while operating as an independent agent with agency backing.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients interested in life insurance solutions
- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and risks
- Explain various life insurance products and their benefits clearly
- Help clients choose policies that align with their personal circumstances
- Guide applicants through the application and underwriting process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Stay current on insurance regulations and product updates
- Provide ongoing support to policyholders for changes or inquiries
- Meet or exceed monthly performance and activity targets
- Build trust through transparent and ethical communication
- Manage time effectively to balance prospecting and client service
- Use digital tools and CRM systems to track progress
- Represent the agency in a professional manner at all times
- Maintain state insurance licensing and continuing education requirements
