About the Role

EX Squared is seeking a Remote Lead Area Sales Manager to spearhead our sales strategy and expansion efforts. This role is pivotal for driving revenue growth and establishing a strong market presence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the region
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Forecast sales and track performance metrics to meet and exceed targets

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of the business landscape in Mexico
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives in a remote setting

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in Mexico.
