EX Squared is hiring a Remote Lead Architect to establish technical direction and oversee the architectural integrity of our projects. You will be a key technical leader, responsible for designing robust systems and guiding the development process.
What You'll Do
- Define and evangelize the technical vision and architectural roadmap
- Lead the design and documentation of system architectures
- Make critical technology selection and implementation decisions
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Mentor and upskill other engineers on architectural principles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Lead Architect or in a similar senior technical leadership role
- Expertise in designing, documenting, and implementing scalable, maintainable systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to lead and influence without direct managerial authority
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Nigeria. You must be comfortable working in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
