EX Squared is looking for an FP&A Team Leader to provide strategic financial leadership and analysis. You will be instrumental in guiding the company's financial planning and performance management efforts.
What You'll Do
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic business decisions
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders
- Drive process improvements within the FP&A function
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior FP&A or financial leadership role
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent analytical skills and business acumen
- Advanced proficiency with financial software and Excel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
