EX Squared is hiring a Principal Engineer to provide deep technical leadership and architectural direction. This senior role is pivotal in setting technical standards and driving the strategic vision for our engineering initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive high-level technical strategy and architectural vision
- Lead complex system design and ensure architectural consistency across projects
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering best practices and technical growth
- Make critical technology decisions and evaluate new tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to align technical direction with business goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, or similar senior architect-level role
- Deep expertise in designing, building, and scaling complex, distributed systems
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of making impactful technical decisions and setting long-term technical strategy
- Experience in mentoring senior engineers and leading through influence
Work Mode
