EX Squared is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to own and drive our commercial strategy and growth across the Africa market. You will be responsible for building and executing the sales plan for the region.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the comprehensive sales strategy for the Africa region.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle with enterprise clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of success in a Senior Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Significant experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Africa region.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a complex sales pipeline.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position operating on a global scale. Candidates must be located within the Africa region.
