This position supports the creation and management of detailed travel itineraries for clients, providing logistical assistance and coordination throughout the planning process while receiving full training and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building detailed travel schedules for clients based on preferences and requirements
- Communicate with vendors and partners to confirm bookings and availability
- Update and maintain itinerary details in internal systems and client-facing documents
- Respond to client inquiries regarding travel plans in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate changes or adjustments to existing itineraries as needed
- Verify accuracy of travel documents, including times, locations, and contact information
- Support team members with data entry and recordkeeping tasks
- Track deadlines and key milestones for upcoming trips
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure client expectations are met
- Follow established protocols for handling sensitive client information
- Participate in training sessions to learn booking systems and travel tools
- Assist in preparing pre-travel briefing materials for clients
- Monitor travel advisories and share updates when relevant
- Escalate complex issues to senior coordinators promptly
- Maintain organized digital files for active and past trips
- Provide backup support during peak travel seasons
