Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting policies that align with their personal circumstances
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Stay current with product updates and regulatory requirements
- Meet performance benchmarks related to customer engagement and policy placement
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery
- Use digital tools to manage customer data and track sales activity
- Uphold ethical standards in all client communications and sales practices
