Datamark, Inc. seeks a Remote French - English Bilingual Agent to serve as the primary link between the company and its diverse client base. In this role, you will assist customers, provide information, and solve problems using both French and English to maintain high standards of service.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service in both French and English.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Document customer interactions accurately into our systems.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed customer service goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both French and English.
