EX Squared is seeking a Remote Cybersecurity Analytics Fellow to join our security team. This role focuses on analyzing complex security data to identify threats, improve detection capabilities, and strengthen our overall security posture.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement advanced analytics models for proactive threat detection
- Analyze large-scale security data to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential incidents
- Collaborate with security engineers to translate analytical findings into actionable defense improvements
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate security risks and metrics to stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our security monitoring and analytics platform
What We're Looking For
- Strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, threat intelligence, and incident response
- Proven analytical skills with experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote setting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
