Your Role: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to establish our customer success journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting student learning experiences, takes full ownership of user interactions, learns quickly, handles complex situations, and consistently delivers high-quality service. This role is critical in ensuring our customers (primarily parents) receive timely, accurate, and professional assistance across multiple communication channels. As a Customer Success Specialist, your responsibilities include: - Serve as the primary contact for current parents and students, providing professional support via chat, email, WeChat, and phone - Respond to inquiries about courses, learning progress, study planning, activities, exams, account access, and platform usage - Handle urgent or complex cases with strong ownership, proactively finding solutions - Guide customers through their learning journey to ensure a smooth and positive experience - Document issues, identify recurring patterns, and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows - Maintain high service quality, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction - Contribute to customer success initiatives and user-experience optimization projects Work Hours: TBD What We're Looking For: - Previous customer service or education support experience preferred - Fast learner able to understand complex processes and policies - Strong problem-solving skills under pressure - Excellent communication abilities - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Strong sense of ownership toward user experience - Tech-savvy with multiple communication tool proficiency - Excellent verbal and written communication - Mandarin fluency required; English proficiency essential Pay & Benefits: - Flexible Remote Work - Performance-Based Commission - Professional Growth Opportunities - Pay: $18-$21/hr We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
