ExploreMore with Fran is looking for a Remote Customer Service Agent/Travel Booker to design and book a wide range of travel experiences. In this role, you'll help guests create memorable trips while providing excellent customer service. Our team is passionate about travel and dedicated to helping others explore.
What You'll Do
- Design and book travel experiences including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, group travel, and Disney vacations.
- Coordinate resort bookings and ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain and update the resort website and social media presence.
- Use social media and lead-generation tools to attract new clients.
- Learn and utilize new software for better pricing and service.
What We're Looking For
