Sentara Health is looking for a Remote Customer Consultant (Welsh Speaker) to provide essential support to our customers. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls for an outsource campaign, using your Welsh language skills to connect with and assist customers. You'll be a key part of delivering our commitment to understanding and improving customer financial wellbeing.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, spotting patterns and identifying potentially vulnerable customers.
- Use active listening skills to support customers in achieving financial wellbeing.
- Deliver tailored solutions with care, being comfortable talking about difficult subjects.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Welsh speaker.

- Full right to work in the UK.
- A clear credit check and criminal background check, with no CCJ, IVA, or Bankruptcy.

- Salary up to £26,313.14 (based on 40 hours per week) depending on experience.
