EX Squared is seeking a Remote Customer Analytics Manager to champion the adoption of innovative audio AI technology across Southern Europe. In this role, you will be the direct link to our customers, ensuring they successfully leverage our platform while analyzing usage patterns to improve their experience.
What You'll Do
- Drive the adoption of audio AI technology across Southern Europe.
- Engage directly with customers to ensure they successfully leverage the innovative platform.
- Analyze product usage to identify friction points and propose tailored solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to drive commercial outcomes that contribute to lasting relationships and sustained revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing analytics, success, or adoption role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from product usage data.
- Experience driving product or technology adoption within a defined region.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with internal teams.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the audio, AI, or a related technology sector.
- Understanding of the Southern European business landscape.
