Responsibilities
- Consult, strategize, and manage the execution and integration of custom content strategies that drive growth for mid to large-scale organizations.
- Focus on account management, content marketing strategy, revenue retention and growth, and project management.
- Build rapport with clients and truly understand their business.
- Service a client portfolio of 20-25 clients across a wide variety of industries.
- Demonstrate strategy success through ROI reporting and delivery against client objectives.
- Consult, develop, and maintain strong, multi-faceted content marketing strategies for clients.
- Conduct research, interpret, and present statistical reporting.
- Sell the next strategy and create statements of work that help clients meet their business objectives.
- Work with Brafton’s content creation teams (editorial, graphics, video, and social media), web integration team, and clients to bring strategies to life.
- Ensure strategies deliver strong ROI against client objectives.
- Attend meet-ups at least quarterly.
- Travel to visit clients in person when required.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in Account Management and/or experience and demonstrated knowledge/expertise in latest content marketing/SEO strategy trends.
- Client-focused, self-motivated, digitally-savvy, and results-driven.
- Industry subject matter expertise in content marketing and SEO strategy.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a wide variety of initiatives.
- Phenomenal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially savvy with understanding of how businesses make decisions and make money in a competitive market.
- Ability to demonstrate success through ROI reporting and client objective delivery.
- Ability to retain clients and grow account base.

Additional Information
- This is a remote full-time contract position open to candidates in Pacific Time Zone Mexico.
- Meet-ups occur at least quarterly.
- Some travel to visit clients in person may be required.
