About the Role

The position involves driving new business growth in Germany through proactive outreach, relationship building, and identifying market opportunities in the hotel and property management space.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients in the hospitality sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present product solutions to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Gather market intelligence to inform business development efforts
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities
  • Track and report on sales activities and progress
  • Develop understanding of customer needs in property management
  • Support the development of targeted sales campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives
  • Represent the company in virtual and in-person meetings
  • Work independently to meet performance targets
