Responsibilities
- Engage with union and association members who have requested benefits.
- Explain and enroll members in life, accident, and supplemental health insurance programs.
- Build lasting, trust-based relationships and provide ongoing support to policyholders.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and agency requirements.
Requirements
- Must live in GA, FL, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, or DC
- A valid life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one; scholarship and licensing support available, including temporary licensing options in Georgia)
Nice to Have
- No prior insurance experience required – diverse professional backgrounds welcome
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote setting
- Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to learn new skills
