Tellos, Inc is looking for a Remote BCBA Practice Leader to manage a clinical caseload and run an independent practice via telehealth. In this role, you will be in the driver's seat, responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating on billing and platform features.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans, setting measurable goals and objectives
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans
- Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines
- Help staff understand important platform features for parents and providers
- Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Master's Degree
- Must live in South Carolina
- Strong leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care
- Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice
- Strong communication skills

- Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
