About the Role
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with automotive dealerships to expand the distribution and activation of SiriusXM services. The manager will work remotely while traveling frequently to support dealers, deliver training, and ensure sales targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of automotive dealership accounts within an assigned territory
- Drive sales and activation of SiriusXM services through direct engagement
- Conduct regular field visits to dealerships to support sales teams
- Deliver product training and sales enablement materials to dealership staff
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of account interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales initiatives
- Troubleshoot activation and service issues with dealership personnel
- Ensure compliance with program requirements and brand standards
- Report on sales performance and market trends
- Respond to dealer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support onboarding of new dealership partners
- Promote ongoing engagement with existing accounts
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within the territory
