Alegra Group AG is hiring a consultant to provide hands-on upgrade support for a major technical customer's OpenStack Platform (OSP) systems, moving from version 16.2.X to 17.1. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition across environments.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on support for upgrading OSP 16.2.6 to OSP 17.1.
- Assist customers in quickly addressing any identified issues during the upgrade processes.
- Support PPB teams with upgrades in LAB, QA, and DEV environments.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in upgrading OSP 16.2.X to OSP 17.1.
- Expertise in handling technical issues and providing swift resolutions.
- A strong background in working directly with technical customers.
Nice to Have
- OCP certification or equivalent experience.
