Telepass is seeking a Release Specialist to join our IT Operation & Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will verify adherence to activity planning, monitor progress, and coordinate DEV/QA/AMS teams. You will manage the release closure and production deployment phases, ensuring quality, traceability, and controlled impact in line with QA, security, and Operations standards.

What You'll Do

Define the production release calendar, release gates (DEV and QA), and freeze periods.
Create release plans, check deliverables (DEV and QA), and verify application dependencies.
Coordinate deployment execution by scheduling times and coordinating teams.
Manage rollback/mitigation strategies and post-release verification activities.
Ensure end-to-end traceability (change records, evidence, approvals) and alignment with security policies and audits.
Manage Business Simulation builds and controlled feature flag rollouts.
Develop communication plans for users and impacted teams.
Lead post-release reviews to analyze metrics, lessons learned, and improvement actions.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of prior relevant experience.
STEM degree with a focus on engineering or computer science.
Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies, branching/management processes, testing processes, multi-tier and Cloud environments.
Strong skills in negotiation, risk assessment and management, decision-making under pressure, parallel management of critical activities, and clear, concise communication.
Experience with multi-domain releases, audit standards, and DORA metrics.
Proficiency with code and deployment management tools (Jenkins/GitHub/Copado), databases, service management tools, and Jira.
