Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine functional capacity and rehabilitation needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized rehabilitation plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, employers, and insurers to coordinate care
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support recovery goals
- Evaluate treatment progress and adjust plans as required
- Deliver education to clients on injury management and prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support return-to-work planning and workplace modifications
- Facilitate referrals to appropriate specialists and services
- Uphold professional standards and clinical governance requirements
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities
