Preferred Therapy Solutions, a therapist-owned company focused on excellence and ethical care, is hiring a Per-Diem Rehab Tech. You will assist our Rehabilitation Staff with technical and administrative duties in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility, supporting patients on their journey to the highest level of independence.
What You'll Do
- Assist with treatment activities as assigned by the supervising therapist.
- Transport patients to and from the rehabilitation department and assist with transfers.
- Prepare patients for therapy as directed.
- Help modify patient equipment such as wheelchairs and splints.
- Report patient responses to treatment and medical status changes immediately.
- Assist with computer data entry and generate reports as requested.
- Complete timely documentation for direct/indirect time, payroll, efficiency, and clinical reporting.
- Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality and all Infection Control, Universal Precautions, and OSHA standards.
- Use professional and clear verbal and written communication.
- Perform clerical duties, including answering calls, photocopying, filing, faxing/scanning/uploading, and supply orders.
- Maintain the rehabilitation area and equipment in a neat, clean, and safe manner.
- Attend required in-services and facility meetings.
- Work cooperatively, demonstrate flexibility, and promote a positive team environment.
- Implement a customer service philosophy to promote value and loyalty.
- Report to work on time and adhere to schedule.
- Perform other assigned duties.

You will directly assist Rehabilitation Staff and report to the supervising therapist, working as part of a collaborative team committed to patient success.
