Advanced Health Care of Albuquerque is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. You will play a critical role in assessing patient needs and working with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes.

What You'll Do

Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders and nursing protocols.
Monitor vital signs and patient responses, reporting significant changes to the healthcare team.
Provide emotional support and patient education on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals for coordinated care.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with standards.
Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and support staff.
Participate in team meetings, conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
Respond promptly and effectively to patient needs and emergencies.
Adhere strictly to infection control and safety procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Nursing Supervisor or designated manager.

What We're Looking For

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Strong clinical skills and precision in performing nursing procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulatory guidelines.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
