Responsibilities
- Collaborates with cross functional regional leaders to drive family engagement practices on campus level towards x% growth goal of region for student persistence.
- Cultivate and collaborate with business partners to execute persistence vision and strategy for region alongside National Student Support Services Team.
- Designs and deliver high quality training tools and resources to support portfolio of campuses in meeting their persistence goals.
- Accountability and feedback partner to campus lead teams (Principals, Assistant Principals of Operation, School Counselors/Social Workers, Assistant Principals, teachers) to implement student persistence district expectations (Withdrawal process, Coding, Mission List implementation, etc.).
- Provides interventions and partnership to priority campuses who are below monthly benchmarks.
- Ensures 100% of campuses in portfolio meet deadlines for processes through the school year related to persistence.
- Tracks and reports data for persistence on a weekly basis to schools in portfolio.
- Manages portfolio of campuses to meet the goal of 100% of new families participate in full on-boarding process.

- Partners with Regional Director of Operations and Regional Enrollment Manager to support onboarding of parents onboarded through the entire school year, including Welcome to IDEA. Manages cohort to ensure 80% of Risk & Threat Assessments conducted have Safety Plans & Re-Entry Meetings Implemented following a crisis or critical incident.
- Drives goal for the cohort by cascading data related to progress towards goal and mission critical campuses that allows for data visibility and accountability with regional/campus stakeholders.
- Coaches School Counselors & Social Workers on how to improve crisis recovery support & implementation practices as it relates to safety & re-entry planning with students, families and stakeholders.
- Provides real-time support and resources in response to crises or critical incidents that arise within your cohort in-person, virtually and/or via campus SAFETY Chats to ensure Risk & Threat Assessment Checklists have been followed for each crisis with fidelity, even in the absence of the School Counselor.
- Conducts regional/campus audits to accurate data tracking of crises that arise on the campus across all systems (i.e., PurpleSense, Sentinnel, & campus filing system) by conducting audits of data periodically throughout the school year.
- Establishes a system to follow-up with School Counselor/Social Workers or other Campus Crisis Team member (in the absence of a SC/SW) regarding responses to crises are documented in all required platforms within an appropriate amount of time (24-28 hours).
- Coaches campus-based staff so that 90% of schools meet Social Emotional Learning Curriculum fidelity expectations (3 out of 5 days of the week).
- Ensures SCs/SWs provide direct professional development to school leaders, teachers, and staff on how to administer a specific social emotional learning curriculum or how to apply SEL best practices schoolwide.
- Partners with the regional and school leaders to integrate SEL into all classroom instruction and educator’s daily practice via Move This World.
- Provides feedback on national vision, goals, tactics, and strategies for achieving school wide SEL excellence.
- Leverages operating mechanisms and business partnerships with principals and regional leaders to effectively execute and monitor SEL practices schoolwide.
- Ensures execution of weekly observations of move this world with cohort.
- Ensures execute of visibility of data with coaching support towards schools misaligned to goal metric.
- Provides coaching and support to retain 85% of Student Success Advisors, School Counselors, and Social Workers.
- Provide in-field and side-by-side coaching and support for School Counselors, Student Success Advisors, and Social Workers.
- Designs and facilitates professional development alongside the National Student Support Services Team.
- Performs onboarding training for all new and mid-year hires alongside National Student Support Services Team.
- Performs hiring support services in collaboration with the Regional Director of Staffing.
- Regularly conducts needs assessments and satisfaction surveys of SSAs, SCs, and SWs. Creates strategic plans based on data to support staff needs.
- Supports Director of Mental Health and SEL in tracking of licensure and CEUs for compliance to roles.
- Supports Director of Mental Health and SEL in ensuring student success advisors achieve graduation and licensure compliance through tracking and support.
- RSFSM will compile weekly documentation compliance report highlighting completion rates by service providers and ensure follow-ups with escalation matrix.
- RSFSM will follow-up with direct managers of SCs/SWs to address gaps in compliance, action steps and support.
- RSFSM will schedule weekly check-ins with school counselors and social workers to review individual progress, identify barriers and provide support.
- RSFSMS will develop memorandums of understanding (MOUs) or partnership agreements outlining the scope of services, roles, and shared goals.
- RSFSMS will ensure regular touchpoints with partners to review partnership success and refine collaboration based on student outcomes and school needs.
- RSFSMs will work with school counselors and social workers to promote community partner resources, providing referral guides or workshops for staff, students, and families.
- RSFSM will ensure SC/SW facilitates the train the trainer PD to staff leading lessons to students.
- RSFSM will ensure SC/SWs have a comprehensive plan with dates of implementation and contingency plan for opt-out students.
- RSFSM will observe facilitation of lessons on campuses and provide feedback to campus leaders, SC/SW and Teachers.
- RSFSM will monitor cohort PTG of state-mandated lessons to meet deadline.
- RSFSMs will design role-playing scenarios to simulate crisis situations or trauma-informed responses, allowing participants to practice and internalize strategies.
- RSFSMs will offer and share step by step guides with real world examples to support learners application of practices in their training sessions.
- RSFSMs will collect feedback through pre- and post-training surveys to understand participants' needs and measure the impact of the session.
- RSFSMs will schedule follow-up meetings or check-ins to address any ongoing challenges and provide continued guidance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, School Counseling, or related field.
- Mental Health License or Counseling Certification.
- Experience in schools.

- Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $68,800 and $79,900, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment.
