Grupo PiSA is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial success in an assigned region. You will ensure the achievement of established sales targets and gross margin through strategic planning and the leadership of a commercial team.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with the sales and gross margin targets established for the region.
- Ensure the correct use of resources to guarantee continuous commercial operations.
- Define training and development plans for the commercial team.
- Perform personnel management-related activities.
- Execute required activities to ensure compliance with company policies in safety, hygiene, and the environment.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience in mass distribution industries.
- 3+ years analyzing and interpreting sales data to generate commercial plans and proposals.
- 3+ years setting goals, establishing and tracking indicators, and focusing on results.
- 3+ years managing personnel, leading and developing a commercial team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economic-Administrative areas or related fields.
- Experience with forecasting and projection models.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Skills in route design.
- A Master’s degree in Economic-Administrative areas or related fields.
